What are the precautions for the safe use of nitrogen plant

The device takes air as raw material and carbon molecular sieve as adsorbent. It uses the principle of pressure swing adsorption and carbon molecular sieve to selectively adsorb oxygen and nitrogen to realize nitrogen separation, which is commonly known as PSA method. The main part of the nitrogen generator includes: adsorption tower, PLC controller, nitrogen dust filter, nitrogen storage tank, compressed air as raw material and power; Nitrogen with purity of 95% ~ 99.9995% is prepared by pressure swing adsorption. The nitrogen generator needs to be used in a special room with good ventilation, less mineral dust, no ponding and no dripping, or in a relatively clean roadway. Here are the safety precautions for the use of nitrogen production equipment:

1. Before turning on the power supply, carefully check the whole nitrogen treatment equipment to ensure that there are no tools, parts or other items in the air compressor.

2. When the nitrogen generator is started, the emptying valve shall be emptied to avoid overpressure of the air compressor.

3. No welding operation shall be carried out near the pipeline system, and no welding or other means of pressure vessels shall be carried out.

4. Regularly check the reliability of safety devices (such as safety valves).

5. The maintenance of the nitrogen generator can only be carried out when the operation is stopped and the power is cut off.
