Due to the influence of aerodynamics, the diffusion rate of oxygen in carbon sieve is much higher than that in nitrogen sieve. Oxygen is preferentially absorbed by carbon molecular sieve, and nitrogen is preferentially absorbed by carbon molecular sieve The system is generally equipped with two adsorption towers, one for nitrogen production by adsorption and the other for nitrogen removal regeneration. PLC program controller controls the opening of pneumatic valve to make the two towers cycle alternately and realize the continuous production of high-quality nitrogen.


1. Buffer pool: the function of buffer pool is to balance the pressure and purity of nitrogen separated in nitrogen oxygen separation system to ensure continuous supply of nitrogen. At the same time, when the adsorption tower changes, part of its own gas is recharged into the adsorption tower, which is conducive to the promotion of the adsorption tower on the one hand, and also plays a role in protecting the bed, which plays a very important role in the process of equipment operation.


2. Gas storage tank: reduce the airflow pulsation, play a buffer role, so as to reduce the pressure fluctuation of the system, make the compressed air flow smoothly through the compressed air purification element, fully remove oil, water and other impurities, reduce the subsequent load, adopt the pressure swing adsorption oxygen nitrogen separation device, at the same time, when switching the adsorption tower, it can provide a large amount of compressed air required for rapid pressurization, so as to reduce the pressure in the adsorption tower The force rises rapidly to the working pressure to ensure the reliability and stability of the equipment.


3. Compressed air purification device: the compressed air purification device first uses the compressed air purification device. The compressed air purification device first removes most of the oil, water and dust from the pipeline filter, and then further removes the water through the freeze dryer, and then removes the oil and dust through the fine filter. The deep purification device is carried out by the ultra-fine filter, and the compressed air purification device is specially designed according to the operation of the system The strict design of this device ensures the service life of carbon molecular sieve.


4. Oxygen and nitrogen separation unit: there are two adsorption towers with special carbon molecular sieve, namely a and B. when the clean compressed air enters the inlet end of tower a and flows to the outlet end through carbon molecular sieve, oxygen, carbon dioxide and water are adsorbed by it, and the product nitrogen flows out from the outlet end of the adsorption tower. After a period of time, the carbon molecular sieve of a column was saturated. At this time, tower a automatically stops adsorption, compressed air enters Tower B to absorb oxygen to produce nitrogen, and tower a molecular sieve regenerates. The regeneration of molecular sieve is realized by rapidly reducing the adsorption tower to atmospheric pressure, removing the adsorbed oxygen, carbon dioxide and water, alternately adsorbing and regenerating the two towers, separating oxygen and nitrogen, and continuously outputting nitrogen.
